As the first week of our new year has come to a close (and some of our resolutions have already fallen by the wayside!) we fortunately have a full year of new trends to watch for in all facets of catering and event styling—from florals and fashion to venues and menus.
One such trend that has us particularly excited is the reappearance of time-honored, classic, comfort foods, but this year they are amped up and elegant. We’re daydreaming about balmy evenings filled with glamburgers or citrusy grilled chicken served with local heirloom tomatoes, and we love the idea of freshly grilled corn, husks on, assorted butters and passing watermelon pops to top off a meal.
Even the simplest foods can transform into elegant dishes with love and proper planning!
